Would you like to join to work on a new startup idea?

There was a question recently (hashnode.com/post/do-you-often-think-about…) what inspired me to ask this question.

I don't believe in one man show at all and I was not able to find partners/co-founders in the past years. My current and former colleagues always preferred a safe job instead of start a company. So I wonder about your thoughts in this topic.
