Would you comment on a sexist job ad?

I was scrolling through some closed facebook groups and saw an interesting job ad. The required skillset was pretty standard, and then I read this:

Heads up: This position is open for both men and women, but men will have some advantage here, especially if they're into sports. We tend to play football as a team every Monday evening after work. Another advantage is the fact that our clients are also men, and we know how men tend to look at women.

I've noticed a fair share of women complaining, and some people saying that the job description is just fine. I'm not sure whether I should say something about this.
