Which ranking system do you use for bugs/issues?

How do you set priorities among your issues/bugs?

I use the following tags while reporting bugs:

Low, Normal, High, Critical

But... How do you define the difference between high priority and critical priority or low and normal priority? What is a normal bug after all?

Do you have some cases when the lines are blurred?
