Which European cloud services/servers are the best?

My team is looking for a cloud solution for a web app we’re making, it’s a research project that collect data from Arduinos but that data should be encrypted/secure. Our advisor said that he prefers something like AWS CloudFront or any secure server, as long as their data center is here in Europe. Do you guys have any suggestions for this? Thanks!
