What's your reply when your code doesn't work?

Hi !!! Suppose you are showing your code to someone & when you try to run it, it doesn't works..... then what would you reply to the person you are showing to ??? For Example ---

1. That's weird.
2. It's never done that before.
3. It worked yesterday.
4. How is that possible?
5. It must be hardware problem.
