What to use for mobile development with Node.js/MongoDB backend and Angular frontend skills?

Hello,

I have an application that I am developing, where the admin side is web application developed in MongoDB/Express/Angular/Nodejs but in parallel with that, I have to develop an Android tablet application that will get and update the data from the server.

I know angular very well and I also know other platform based in Javascript so with Js Skills what should I choose to develop this application? What do you suggest?
