What is the best API service to validate ZIP (Postal) Code?

So, I have to validate that customer's zip (postal) code matches the country provided and that is valid. I need it for EU.

What is the best API service to do that? And how accurate these services are?

I found http://www.zippopotam.us/ and some more, but I would like to hear some more opinions.
