VueJS and Laravel vs Angular and Laravel - Which one is better?

I want to create a real time information site, and using a javascript framework will reduce development time than plain Js code. Am still new in using Javascript framework. So i want to know which of them has a better learning curve since am using laravel for back-end stuff.
