The health of hands
Hello Hashnoders,
So, I have been doing a bit of coding lately and the last two days I have just gotten a lot of pain in my hands, so much in fact that I have had to take a break from using the phone or typing. I then wonder, with all this typing and coding going on, what are other people experiencing? Does anyone have some techniques for hand care they would be willing to share?
