So I understand React fundamentals, what's next?

I have sent a couple of weeks understanding how React works under the hood and I can comfortably say that I'm fairly confident with it.

Though what I lack is evidence to demonstrate my knowledge. I've built one too many Todo lists already.

I'll appreciate some tips on what to do next.
