Problems i am facing as a newbie!

I started my journey as a coder some months ago and started getting exposure to various things that exist in this field like Android app development, web development , front end, open source projects , web 3, competitive programming, etc. It has been a journey of total 3 months , but still i am unable to learn a single language! Why? When i got to know about all these various field, i started exploring in each of them little by little rather than actually spending time to learn about how it really works! for example, i would give 4-5 hours a day in just exploring about the things, which were there like going on 'Youtube' and searching on things, then getting stuck in tutorial hell for some time and ending up learning just overview of that particular field. When i identified this problem i immediately acted upon it and started to focus on just learning a language that i chose. I chose to start with 'C' language and encountered a new problem that i started facing which was about failing to remember the code , which i made myself while solving a problem. I started with printing some star patterns using loops, so i tried advancing the level of problem which i was solving like printing the stars in a desired pattern such as diamond shape but when i tried to write the code, i ended up forgetting how and what was the way i forged to write the code! i could not understand why this has happened... So i would recommend some solutions to solve these problems :- 1.Start learning with one thing and don't leave it for the sake of learning something else. 2.Keep the record of all the code that one has written somewhere where one could access and look at the code anytime.
