Option enable full RSS feeds for blogs

The current RSS feature which exists for each blog by using /rss.xml provides only a partial RSS feed.

It would be great to either have a second URL providing the full feed (meaning providing the actual post content vs. the summery) or have a configuration option which allows for choosing which version gets provided via /rss.xml
