Node.js or PHP for a services site with a blog?

I have been torn between Node.js and Laravel for a project. I want to make a website that has the basic info side with services and ability for someone to sign up for a service, while also having a blog site where just the company can make blog post and feature them around the website. I have equal experience with JavaScript and PHP.

What would be best time spent?
