About the Imagine Cup Competition
The Imagine Cup Competition is a Microsoft competition strictly for students in Universities across the world. It offers students the opportunity to create applications that shape how we live, work, and play. Every year, students all around the world compete for the chance to showcase their work, win free travel, mentorship from Microsoft experts, priceless networking opportunities, and other great prizes.
This year I'll love you all to participate in this competition with my full support as a Microsoft Student Partner. This means that I'll be dropping lots of tips with you all that would help you all succeed in this competition.
Why is it important you participate in this competition?
Think of Facebook and Twitter for example. Did you know they started as student projects? Now think of them now and the impact they have had on people's lives. Millions of people every day use them everyday and they currently make billions of dollars yearly.
