Fellow humans, and in fact, anyone(read: alien) who happens to stumble on this piece in any part of the universe, I'm re-learning!
In my previous post, I wrote about my experience learning Frontend development at the Side Hustle internship (internship.sidehustle.ng), but as the nature of this discipline goes, one has to keep learning and picking up on multiple fronts --forever. You see, my experience as a UI/UX designer has been quite different. First I had to read a lot, and of course, continuously. Then learning to push pixels around came next. Once you master a design tool, learning to use other tools become easy so anyone can coast almost easily in that field.
But you see coding? It's a different ball game entirely, first for the infinite vastness of it and the multiplicity of languages, and the dynamics of each of them. To be sincere, writing codes is not for the faint-hearted. You have to keep learning, everyday. For that reason, as soon as I came across an opening to be part of the HNG-Zuri internship (zuri.team), I seized upon the moment to learn Frontend development...yet again!
For the eight weeks this is going to last, I hope to hone my skill further and become one of the best when it comes to Product Design and Frontend development in the world. Of course, that is achievable!
