Is OpenCV compatible with Java, JavaScript and with software frameworks as Electron, React Native and Vue? And with Django?

OpenCV is exclusive written in Python and QT5. The apps or files written in Python can't run on Android and iOS platforms.

I am looking for a cross-platform which can run on all platforms, from desktop to mobile, using OpenCV, OCR, Tesseract and web service, for extracting mathematical forms and calculations from images and giving the results, similar to PhotoMath and for extracting the text from images in one language and translating the extracted text into another language, similar to Google Translator.
