I sometimes feel I am not a "real developer". Do you feel the same occasionally?

I can build pretty much anything you ask me to build. I'll use Google, take help of users on Hashnode, Stack Overflow etc, but I'll get the work done using best practices. However, I don't have strong knowledge of Algorithms, Complexity, Data Structures like binary tree etc -- To be precise, I'll never get hired by Google or Facebook.

Do you think I am a real developer?
