How would one start a career in Blockchain development?

Whether the crypto bubble bursts or not, Blockchain will remain the brilliant tech it gave us. I consider myself to be a total noob when it comes to knowledge wrt blockchain. So how do I start today to expect a job in the same field sometime soon? Are there any courses / books you would recommend? Thank you! 👩🏻‍💻
