How to deploy Angular4 + Bootstrap4 app to Heroku?

I'm encountering errors whenever I deploy my app with Bootstrap 4 to heroku. The app deploys successfully if I remove Bootstrap 4 but whenever I include it and try to deploy it, one postCSS keep throwing error. Can anyone help out on this?
