How should I approach progressive enhancement for a legacy web application, to turn it into a SPA?

What frameworks should I look at, to achieve this? Ember, React, Angular? We are looking to move towards to the SPA gradually… we are not in a position to do a complete re-write of the app, ATM! Any help is appreciated, thanks!
