How do you write an attractive CV for something that you learned as a hobby?

I started programming (self-thought) not too long ago and I want to try work with what I know which is not a lot (Javascript, Frontend, a little of ReactJs, and little Node js). How can I write an attractive cv, while having no working experience? Please be brutally Honest :)
