How do I decide what dev tools/frameworks/etc. to learn?

I am a relatively new developer, with only about 2 years of solid experience. As such, I spend a lot of time learning. However, I find it is very difficult to decide what to devote my time to.

I'm looking for general tips/resources people use to decide what is and isn't worth investing time into.
