GIT - Merging - Which way?
feature -> main branch

For those know pick the latter, please can you explain why you feel that is the better method?
I'm of the opinion that merging a feature in the dev branch is better than merging the dev branch into the feature and then merging it back in the dev branch.
What are peoples thoughts?
