Flow or typescript?

After trying graphql I fell in love with types. So I decided to use it for all my work flow the problem is I don't know which to pick, typescript or flow? Typescript has alot of hype and I'm not sure if it's just great PR or cos it's great. Flow on the other hand seems to work well with react (so I've heard), wanna find out from those that have used both or either what they think. so which do you think is better.
PS: I use sublime text so integration with vscode isn't a point for me.
