Given Task
As product managers, we are to collaborate with Frontend developers, Backend developers and Product Design teams to deliver the to-do app we were working on the previous week.

Time Frame A week

Another backend team was assigned to work with us this week.

Task Execution Process After we got our task,we(product managers) reached out to the other teams working with us to make sure they all are ready for work. We then updated our board (Monday.com), with the tasks to be done. The link to the board; mondaycom.page.link/yauFqbjfNmsJ4r9dA.

The product designers already made the screens for the desktop version,so all they were to do was to design the screens for the mobile web version. The link to the screens for the desktop version; figma.com/file/piCkQVF7gjlHA9TUK838c7/doti… The product designers were unreachable some fays later and so they didn't deliver the screens for the web version.

The backend developers delivered the API they built. This allows users to create, edit, add and delete tasks. The link to the API ; documenter.getpostman.com/view/20548020/Uz…

The frontend developers already worked on developing the desktop screens designed so all they were to do was to develop the mobile and web screens when it was delivered. The designers were not available which also made the frontend team unable to work on that. The link to the desktop app developed by the frontend team; leafy-cascaron-38a138.netlify.app The frontend team also didn't incorporate the API endpoints from the backend team to build the app.

Challenges It was work for us(product managers) to manage teams that were not ready to do any work. The other teams totally went ghost and didn't get back to us when we reached out to them. The other teams were not cooperative.

Hassle-free blogging platform that developers and teams love.
