Do you use a VPN to download torrents?

I've been exploring the torrent network recently and wanted to know, do you use a VPN when torrenting??

It turns out, it's incredibly easy to get a list of IP addresses from a torrent file.

HBO has used this fact to send out nasty notices to people pirating Game of Thrones. Luckily, your ISP generally won't reveal the identity attached to an IP address, but organizations with a lot of power may be able to make that association in other ways.
