Do you guys have a blog?

I was looking into job requirements and i come across to some interesting ones. Some of them stated that it would be a big plus if you have your own blog, documenting your experience as a developer, posting tutorials etc. I am a beginner so this might seem surprising only to me :P Do you guys keep one?
