Dismissed

Over a year ago, I decided that I want to become a Software Developer, after half year of studying I got my first job at a small company as Junior Developer. Unfortunately after two month I was dismissed, the reasons was that I was picking up new technologies slow and and lacking of some fundamental architecture knowledge.

One week later I went for an interview to IBM, I told them the truth what happened at my previews job and what I have learnt. It went pretty well . They offered a really really good package, what I immediately accepted. They say at bigger company they have much more capacity to invest in juniors .

But if I will be dismissed from here as well, I should reconsider whether software development is for me really.
