Developing good libraries is not enough! New developers should be taught to be good at expressing themselves. Do you agree?

I have seen many good libraries from very ordinary developers on Github. Most of these developers never talk or blog about their repositories on the web. This results in no exposure to their hard work.

Do you think it's equally important to be good at talking and blogging?
