Change your thinking, change your life_The best tip

Most of the best things happens in our life is when we least expect it, same with me.

This one simple tip given by my foot reflexologist, made a huge difference in my life and I see a lot has changed in me and feel better as a person, as a Leader, as a Human being and more.

Problem statement: All of us have problems and we keep worrying about our problems. It's perfectly normal. But there is a specific pattern or unique approach, that we seek solutions to our troubles in life. If we don't get it right, then many of us start cribbing like I did before.

Examples:

  • I wish I get better sleep at night
  • I wish I have a day job
  • I wish If someone lends me 50,000 for my EMI due next week.
  • I wish If I could find pink slip clients for my business.

If you are someone who thinks just like above, comment "Amen" in the comment section. because your life is about to change in a brim.

Solution: Instead of wishing for things to happen in life.

Replace your "I Wish" to "What actions must I take now" as prefix to your problem statements.

I am going to do this with the same above examples.

  • What actions must I take now, that would get me better sleep at night.
  • What actions must I take now, that would get me a better day job.
  • What actions must I take now, that would get me 50,000 for the EMI due next week.
  • What actions must I take now, that would find me pink slip clients for my business.

Can you feel the difference? This one simple tip changed my entire approach towards my life problems and I feel its working for me.
