Any difference between ORDER BY GROUP BY in MySQL?

Could anyone explain it to me? Is there any difference between ORDER BY GROUP BY in MySQL? I'm just a beginner (study at Assurance Learning Academy based on site distance learning courses), but I can't make heads or tails out of it.
