Betmig Link

Hi Everyone! My name is Betmig Link and I'm currently earning my degree in Computer Science from the University of London, with an emphasis in Machine Learning. I'm also a Support Manager at an exciting AI-centric video production startup called Videate. Last but certainly not least, I’m the founder and former lead of the Google Developer Student Club at the University of London, where we are helping the next generation of Tech entrepreneurs build the skills they need to succeed. My life has taken me through many incredible adventures, from growing up in Venezuela and studying art to helping impoverished communities in Mexico as a nursing student, to pursuing my true calling today as a Computer Scientist. When I’m not geeking out with my friends at work or school, or playing with my robot kits, you’ll probably find me hiking through the beautiful Appalachian mountains. No matter where I've traveled, my passion has always been to make the world just a little bit of a better place than I found it. As a Women Techmakers Ambassador, my goal is to continue applying my passion for helping others succeed to create a better and kinder world.
