My team just discovered this a little late. Not sure we'll be doing anything official, but I'm looking at switching an app I've just spent some time doing in Firebase over to PlanetScale.
Hashnode has developed a strong product mentality in everyone. People are coming with innovative ideas in every hackathon. Kudos to Hashnode 🎉

It means you have to mention that your project was created for the Hashnode and PlanetScale hackathon. So you can do something like: " #Hashnode and #PlanetScale Hackon " on your footer

Hey Rohith Gilla. Thanks for asking this question, this question was frequently asked and it has been answered in a past Hackathon.
The answer is you cannot submit a project submitted in another Hackathon, if it's not submitted in another Hackathon, you can make a major update in it and it can be eligible 😉.

You can participate in team, but Hashnode sends the cash prizes to the person who submitted the article, Hashnode is not responsible for sharing the prize, etc.Nick Taylor

If you're looking to get a GraphQL backend for your PlanetScale database, have a look at this blog post . That way you can focus on building a frontend instead!

Yup, Hashnode will send cash prizes to the person who submitted the article, they are not responsible for sharing the prize though.
This hackathon sounds really good, it's a great opportunity to try out the Planetscale database! I have already started working on my project and just published the first (introductory) article. More coming soon on the dedicated series .

Are the rest not visible or what? I am done with mine, but I wanted to see how other people write thier article before posting mine. thanks
Same doubt here... I don't see many projects at all, which is kind of bizarre.
yeah, and the last hackathon had over 60 submissions and we have only like 10 days left. Weird
Some people use the auto-publish feature to publish their article on the last day, 30 July.

Can we submit more than one project for the hackathon?
I'm a little late to start on this hackathon, but I'm super interested in future hashnode hackathons. My question though, are we allowed to make submissions that were worked on as a team? Or are these intended to be solo projects only?
Can I update the Github repo after publishing the article for the hackathon?
