Awesome article! Just one quick suggestion, if you include the directory name before the file you can create files without having to cd into the specific directory. For example:

touch scripts/deploy.js

touch contracts/Buildoooor.sol

This will remove the need to navigate in and out of different directories which adds more margin for error when following along with a tutorial.
