I think you have some errors in your setup. For example: It should be

#ifndef ONLINE_JUDGE

instead of

#ifdef ONLINE_JUDGE

Thank you for being so concerned, but I have used this setup for the last year. And find no error with #ifdef ONLINE_JUDGE If you find then give me a screenshot, I will try to fix it.
