Learn to say "NO" fixes lots of unnecessary burns. Being in a position where I can hear more "Yes" than "No", I still try validating if it was out of willingness or forced. I learned, encouraging someone to say "NO" is also a great soft skill to build.

For me, it's also very difficult to say "no"... ☺ I wish more people could grow that soft skill "encouraging someone to say "NO""!

Great tips, I've heard many of my developer friends get stressed or even anxious at work. I, in turn, lost my sleep somewhere a couple of years ago, and it took a very long time to restore it.
