Amazing that you get to learn whilst at work but completely hear logging off notes and the WFH loneliness. I hope we all find a way to manage that as hybrid working or even fully remote becomes the norm.

Also took a lot away from the things you look for in a company. I ask that Q when interviewing and those are the sorts of responses I would love to hear.

Well, this is just my first week of working at a company, and I've learnt about KPIs (Key Performace Indicator), OKRs (Objective Key Results), learning Next.js, Material UI and it's really overwhelming.

I feel there is so much I've got to learn but as you said, it takes time. I have to remind myself about that because three days ago I was like I'm going to complete a Next.js course and a Material Ui course just for me to be able to work with my team.

So thanks for sharing your experience once more, and thankfully it's Friday and I had time to read articles today and hopefully complete my draft.
