Build a Jamstack Blog with Next.js & Ghost CMS

Hi, first of all, thanks for creating this! I was trying to follow along but I do get an error right at the start, when creating the new app in Heroku using your button there, I get the following error "We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy." It seems that the link to the code/github repo behind it has something that needs fixing. I'll got around it by forking the code and deployed Ghost from my own repo, but just a heads-up that this is happening.
