daily.dev is one of the best things that happened to the tech community. It definitely had to be among the list.
Very good post. I'll add Notion.so, I use it for all my notes and most drafts. It supports markdown too.
I use Notion for tasks as well. Todoist for simple ones, Notion for complicated ones that needs details/updates
Ah, that's a good one. Notion.so is fantastic tool for developers.

Not gonna lie I prefer the JetBrains suite over VSCode
VS Code is free and open source! :) I havent been able to use it for Java based application, but love it for frontend work!
Niladri Roy Don't forget that IDEA has a community edition which is also open-source and free :) PyCharm also has a community edition.
